For new volunteers, this training session is a chance to learn more about what happens at the Redbridge Cold Weather Centre, the winter shelter at Ilford Salvation Army.  For returning volunteers, this is a chance to encourage new members of the team, catch up with old friends, and be reminded about some of the details of shelter before we open on December 7th!
